Text Panel Options

I finally fixed the panel class. Pretty much rewrote the whole thing to use freetype instead SDL_TTF.

- Supports different TT fonts for each panel + size
- Pictures.
- Gradient shading
- Images inside the panel
- Panel background textures
- Multiline support.
